Marriott Homes & Villas is out with another promotion, this time giving 10% off when staying two or more nights.

Key Terms
- Booked between October 9 – December 31, 2023 for stays through January 26, 2024
- A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
- The 10% discount is available on both cash and Marriott Bonvoy point redemption bookings (excluding Free Night Awards).
- Registration is not required for this promotion.
- Marriott Bonvoy Members save 10% per eligible stay at a participating home rental booked between October 9, 2023 (12:01 AM EST) – December 31, 2023 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”).
- Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning October 9, 2023, up to and including nights stayed on or before January 26, 2024.
- Blackout dates apply, and are as follows:
- November 23 – 28, 2023
- December 23 – January 6, 2024
- November 10th to 16th 2023 (applicable to homes in India only)
- A select number of homes are excluded from the 10% Off Sale.
- For participating homes, the 10% Off Sale discount will be automatically applied to the nightly rate during the checkout process. Taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses will not be discounted.
- Changes to method of payment and any date modifications cannot be processed after the booking is completed. A full cancellation is required. Please review the cancellation policy of your selected home closely prior to booking.
- Members earn five (5) base Points for each U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on all Qualifying Charges incurred and paid for by the Member through the HVMB Platform.
Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion. - Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the HVMB Platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion.
- Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments are not included/eligible for this promotion.
Tips & Ideas
Saving 10% isn’t as great as some of the recent bonus points offers they’ve run, but it’s better than nothing. It could get even better if you have Marriott Homes & Villas Amex Offers, Chase Offers, etc. on any of your cards.

Note that there are some date exclusions. The week of Thanksgiving and the two weeks over Christmas and the New Year are excluded worldwide, while the week of Diwali is excluded in India only.
