[HELP] Marriott Premier Plus Business Card – 1 elite credit per 3k spend.

Hello everyone,

Have the Marriott Premier Plus Business Card from April 2018. Key reason for this card was the perk of 1 elite credit per 3k spent. While I have documentation from sources such a DoC on this perk specific to the business card (which is also a perk on the personal card) ~ I am in need of a screen shot or PDF document from a CHASE resource.

Recently reviewed points after the Bonvoy merger and a year of spend, the elite credits for spend were not honored. Chase is stating this perk was never part of the business card, only personal.

While I have the screen shots from DoC, I somehow missed the screen shots from Chase. Hoping there is a kind soul who happens to have any kind of documentation 1) from Chase that 2) is specific to the Marriott Premier Plus business card that 3) shows the elite credit for every 3k spent.

Thank you so much for any insight. Hoping the community can come through!

JustSaying

They so lack transparency with their luxury benefits. Ritz Carlton card is and will be worthless. Compare that to Hyatt and Hyatt wins the luxury card ihands down Saying they have more locations is like saying the food at the buffet is marginal at best but it’s all you can eat. Whereas the Hyatt is slimmed down but they have foie gras and Krug. Well sorta. Park Hyatt is such a great brand I actually pick the city based on it being there. Milan Paris Istanbul Hamburg Nice Cannes Sydney Melbourne to name a few. Although Nice and Cannes aren’t Park Hyatt they still have great French properties they acquired there. Marriott is in a deep deep hole that will take at least another 2 years to dig out of. They haven’t even figured out how to answer the phone yet!
