For what it’s worth, using a browser, Flying Blue award searches were freezing up on me. After several failures, a pop-up window opened and asked me if I was experiencing any issues with my search and asked what specific issues I was encountering. I sense Flying Blue is aware that there’s an issue with its web portal.
