Is your Dividend activation link working for Q2?
I was able to activate using a one-click registration link Citi sent via email a few days ago, so I’m not sure if the generic link is working. I’ve had issues with registering for 5% Citi Dividend categories in the past, so perhaps that’s happening again.
Maybe try registering in incognito mode as I think that’s helped at times for me in the past.
Clicking on your activation link, even when I use incognito mode, leads straight to Q1 activation. I also received an email from Citi the other day for one of our Dividend cards and it worked to activate Q2, but only for that card. I’ll just try patience. Thx.
