1

There’s a new JetBlue Citi Offer that’s once again giving $50 back as a statement credit. This time though it has a higher spending requirement to trigger the $50 back.

JetBlue Citi Offer spend $400 get $50

The Deal

  • Spend $400+ with JetBlue & get $50 back with a targeted Citi Offer.

Key Terms

  • Expires July 31, 2026.
  • May be redeemed 1 time(s) by the offer end date.
  • All offers are exclusively eligible when United States Dollars (USD) are used as the currency of transaction for qualifying redemptions. Offers redeemed using any other currency will not be valid.

Quick Thoughts

Past JetBlue Citi Offers have only required $200 of spend, so this latest version requires twice that amount.

What’s not entirely clear is if cumulative purchases count, or if it has to be $400 spent in a single transaction. If it’s the latter, that’s a shame. That’s because if you were to book, say, flights for two people that cost $200 per person, if JetBlue charges those amounts separately then it might not trigger the statement credit from this offer.

Doctor of Credit lists this latest offer as requiring $500 of spend, so it’s worth checking the details of your offer if you’re planning on using it to ensure you’re spending the right amount.

All our family’s offers are $500 in spend.

In the past, these offers have all been triggered by cumulative spend, not requiring the spend in one transaction. I’d be willing to bet that hasn’t changed.

Note that one workaround is to buy a blue or better ticket for $400/$500, wait 24+ hours, cancel that ticket to travel bank, then use those funds to buy exactly what you want when you want it.
