Chase is sending out offers to some cardmembers to earn an easy 5,000 to 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy points by doing things like signing up for paperless statements and adding their card to a mobile wallet. If you have a Chase Marriott or Ritz card, be on the lookout for an email.

Quick Thoughts
A member of our Frequent Miler Insiders Facebook group initially reported receiving an offer of 5,000 points for adding his Ritz card to a digital wallet (like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay). Then several members reported receiving the offer above to get 10,000 points for adding a Chase Marriott card to a digital wallet and singing up for paperless statements as shown above.
I’m sure you’ll need to have been targeted in order to take advantage of this, but I’d definitely keep an eye out for it as this is the epitome of low-hanging fruit.

I had to have a lengthy back and forth via email till I got it.
I received this targeted email and followed all the steps, but I’ve had no luck getting the mobile app to activate. Chase tells me to contact Marriott, Marriott tells me to contact Chase. No one seems to know anything about this if it doesn’t go through smoothly. Any thoughts on how to get this bonus pushed through?
I had to email Marriott and keep on explaining, but eventually they gave me the points. (as a goodwill adjustment)

If you already have the mobile app all you need to do is login. If you have a consumer and small business card make sure to login under the profile for which you got the offer for.

Its probably due to your web browser you’re viewing the email from, the animicated check marks and % dial are animated and on occasion stop rendering

The only thing it tells me I need to do is download the mobile app… But I have the mobile app.
