As you can see above, I was only targeted for a 10% bonus, though some have reported up to a 30% bonus. A thirty percent bonus might make this one more compelling for some folks. As a reminder, here is the Cathay Pacific partner award chart:
Greg did a post earlier this year on Hacking Asia Miles, though Cathay Pacific went on to devlaue the award chart on June 22nd (evil bloggers kill everything), so you will have to re-examine that post through the lens of a slightly adjusted award chart. Still, there can be value to be had. A transfer bonus enhances that if you’ve found a good use.
