If you have some shopping to do, it’s always nice to earn a few bonus miles. Make sure to consider this bonus when comparing portal payouts through a site like CashBackMonitor.com. In this case, United is offering an effective 3.33x bonus if you spend exactly at the thresholds. Keep in mind that shipping and tax generally do not count towards the spending requirements.
