Quick Thoughts
As a big Winter Olympics fan, I think it’s fun that US Bank is tying a card bonus into the festivities. That said, Team USA has only eclipsed 35 medals once in history (2010), so it’s most likely a 5,000 point bonus for the Connect and a $75 bonus for the Business Leverage. You didn’t think that 35 medal number came out of thin air, did you?
I’ve never found either of these cards to be terribly compelling, especially in comparison to the Altitude Reserve. The additional bonuses are a nice sweetener, though, and you can wait until the Olympics are over before applying if you like (in case TUSA really knocks it out of the park this year).

For Altitude Connect…. why is first year value estimate $510 if you earn $590 just for meeting min spend?
Also, $590 return on $2k spend is pretty sweet.
