The investment app Webull offers a steady stream of referral promotions. It currently has a good offer that awards a total of 20 free stocks (Min $60 value) after one successful referral (and 10 stocks for each successful referral thereafter). This can be stacked with a concurrent promotion that gives $200-500 of Apple stock with 5 successful referrals. The referred person will get up to 24 stocks valued between $3-$3000 once they deposit any amount.
The Deal
- Refer one friend to Webull & earn 20 free stocks worth $3-$3,000.
- Get an additional 10 stocks for every additional referral.
- Make 5 successful referrals during the offer period and get $200-500 worth of Apple stock.
- If you already have a WeBull account, you can find the new referral promotion in the promotion center. Make sure to activate both promotions before inviting folks.
- The terms of the 20 stock promo state that you have to share the invite to social media within 48 hours of activation. In reality, you just need to hit the Twitter/Instagram/Facebook/etc button and then cancel it. It will count it as though it was shared.

Quick Thoughts
Webull’s marketing is interesting to me, as they dramatically incentivize referral bonuses over sign-up bonuses. There is always a referral promotion of some kind, but their recent offers have been notable because they stack nicely and have low-ish referral requirements.
The first referral promotion offers 20 free stocks worth $3-$3,000 for the first successful referral during the promotional period. Webull markets this as their ‘April Referral Promotion.’
The stackable $200-500 Apple promotion is great as well, but it’s worth noting that you need to make 5 successful referrals (including deposits) within effectively two weeks. A great deal if have some friends or family that you can get started within the next few days, but it stinks to end up one short because someone didn’t make their deposit by the end of the promo period. I speak from experience.
In my experience, there’s usually 1 or 2 more highly-valued stocks in each bundle of ten and the average total value ends up being between $60-90/20 stocks. The most expensive single stock that I’ve ever received was around $50. The promotion gets better if the person you refer is in your household because they’ll also receive free shares – two shares worth at $3-3000 when they sign-up and 10 additional shares when they deposit any amount. That’s a minimum of $36, so between the two of you you’d earn a minimum of between ~$100-140 in free shares (unless you really hit it big, which is very unlikely).
That’s a very good return for just one referral, especially since the referred person only has to make any deposit amount to qualify. Keep in mind that folks need to be 18+ to be eligible for this referral promotion, so signing up a child along with or instead of your partner isn’t possible.
