Rakuten is offering 14X cash back or 14 Membership Rewards points per dollar spent in the Toys category at Walmart.com. Rakuten also has 10% cash back or 10 Membership Rewards points per dollar spent at Saks Fifth Avenue, which could be useful for those with Saks credits to use.

Quick Thoughts
These payouts could certainly be useful if you’re shopping today. With Black Friday sales getting into swing, the return on toys could certainly be appealing at Walmart (I’m taking a look at this one!). I wouldn’t be surprised if we see similarly high payouts on Saks continue through the Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend, but if you have your semi-annual Saks credits to use, it might be worth taking a look at what’s on sale already.
