Stephen reported the other day on increased cash back offers available in the Rakuten app, but today we’ve seen rates increase to 15% cash back or 15x Membership Rewards points on the desktop site at popular retailers like Dell, Saks Fifth Avenue, and shopDisney among others. You can also get 12% / 12x at other popular spots like Lenovo, Sixt rental cars, and many popular department stores.

If you’re new to Rakuten

Keep in mind that while Rakuten shows payouts in terms of cash back, you can alternatively choose to earn Amex Membership Rewards points. If you have someone in your family who hasn’t yet signed up for Rakuten, it can be well worth referring them so you can both earn rewards.
