New way to liquidate chase $300 reserve travel credit? Does chase code aaa as travel?
The deal is good in AZ as well. Usually the fee for GCs is $3.99, so I will buy them there anyways. They are issued by Metabank. You have to be a AAA member. There doesn’t seen to be a limit to how many you can buy. Sadly, AZ limits money orders to $950 each, so the process can be more tedious than for states that allow $2000 MOs.
Thanks for this post. DC area location limited me to a purchase of one card using a credit card. Still useful to meet min spend on a card. Meta Bank was the issuer.
Do gift card purchases from AAA code as travel?
Do you have to be a AAA member?
Yes you need to be a member to purchase gift cards from them.
Aw, too bad. I used to be a member: back when paper maps and guidebooks had actual value. 🙂 Now, they’re just an expensive towing/tire service provider. Oh, and maybe their 10% discount will be better than other discounts once or twice a year.
Just bought 4 x $500 fee free in Michigan
What kind are they? Who’s the issuer?
What bank issued these?
In the past it has been Metabank but I am not in the region. Hopefully someone can confirm that is still the case
