A couple of Hilton-related Amex Offers have been extended to 12/31/21. One of those Hilton offers will get you $50 back on $250 or more at Hilton Hotels, Curio Collection, & Canopy properties in the US and US territories between now and 12/31/21.

- A new Amex Offer is out that’s good for $50 back when you spend $250 or more at Hilton Hotels, Curio Collection, or Canopy in the US and US territories by 12/31/21. Enrollment Required.

Quick Thoughts
Keep in mind that this offer only works for the 3 included brands — you can’t use it (for example) at a Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton Inn (there is a separate offer out for DoubleTree and Tapestry).
It is also worth highlighting that Hilton Amex Offers do not work on Advance Purchase rates. I think those rates are charged by a different arm of Hilton and it will not trigger the offer.
You may be able to stack this offer with a (small) shopping portal payout, but be sure to see the terms of your portal of choice as some pay out significantly less (or possibly no rewards) for elite members. Just be sure you’re clicking through the portal to book at Hilton.com.

This will stack with $200 FHR/THC credit I presume? If so would I need to spend $450 to get both credits or just $250?
I don’t think it will. The FHR/THC offer has to be on a prepaid booking. That will get charged by Amex Travel, not Hilton. So I think you’d need to book through Amex and prepay for whatever $200 buys you (one night via FHR or 2 via THC) and book any remaining nights separately through Hilton (or via FHR but paid at the hotel rather than prepaid) to trigger both offers.
It’s not a new offer btw. They pushed the date from 10/31 to 12/31 on the old offer. They did the same for the Doubletree offer.
