As noted at the top, the Citi Strata Elite card comes with up to $200 per year in splurge credit. That can be used across up to two merchants out of the select options. You do need to choose your selected merchant by the end of the day in which you make your purchase, so be sure to select Best Buy if you haven’t done so already. There’s a limit of three of these gift cards per person, so you would only be able to use $135 of your splurge credit this way. Nonetheless, being able to use that for gas certainly may be a useful way to employ some of that credit.
