This morning, we reported a new Amex Offer out for 5,000 points back on $99+ when paying for an annual Amazon Prime subscription. There’s another good offer out for 5,000 Membership Rewards points back on $150 or more at Boxed.com. This stacks with the extra point per dollar that you can earn at Boxed.com (see: More Amex 2x merchants).
Update: Two other versions of this offer have been reported: Some readers report receiving an offer for 10,000 Membership Rewards points on a $300+ purchase and others report an offer for $50 back on a $150 purchase. Your offer may vary.

While Boxed.com doesn’t always have the most competitive prices, we’ve written in the past about stacking promotions to nab a pretty solid deal at Boxed.com (See: Amex Offer in use: 50% off on paper towels at Boxed.com and Better Boxed.com discount: Works for existing customers, too). According to our Reasonable Redemption Values, Membership Rewards points are worth about 1.82 cents each (though you can certainly get more out of strategic redemptions). At that rate, this offer is worth about $91. That’s plenty of return on $150 to net yourself a good deal at Boxed.com.

Oh DH’s Biz Plat, I have an offer for 5,000 MR after $150 (exp 11/6) and 1 extra MR per dollar (exp 12/31). Anyone know if these will stack?
Yes, absolutely. See the first paragraph of this post :-). Boxed is one of the many merchants where you can earn an extra 1x on all purchases through the end of the year.
Nick, do you know if the offer is applicable to the Boxed hotels? I just thought this would be an easy way to spend the $300 offer that I received.
Not sure. I haven’t booked one through Boxed yet. This idea came up on a previous promo, but I have yet to book a hotel through them.

I didn’t receive any offers on any of my membership reward cards, but I received a Boxed.com offer for $50 back on $150 spent on my Starwood business card. My wife received the same offer on her Delta Gold business card. Anybody know of any working coupon codes for existing customers?
