There’s a new Amex Offer out this month that will yield $200 back when you spend $1,000 or more on qualifying purchases at select Hilton resorts and destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean by June 30, 2025. If you find this offer available, don’t forget that enrollment is required.
The Deal
- Earn a one-time $200 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $1,000 USD in one or more purchases on room rate and room charges at participating Hilton properties in Mexico and the Caribbean with a new Amex Offer.
- Enrollment required.
- Valid from 11/4/25-12/31/25.
- Direct link to qualifying destinations (remember that you must be targeted with the offer and enroll in it / sync it to your card and use it at a qualifying property)

Quick Thoughts
If you’re planning a trip to a qualifying property, this could be a great way to save 20% on $1,000 in spend. Keep in mind that the offer is only valid at select properties in the region, so be sure to check the linked list above. Quite a few properties are included, so I imagine that some readers will be able to take advantage of the chance to save some money with this offer.

Worth pointing out that there is another Amex offer, also a “spend $1000 and get $200”, for select “Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, LXR, Nomad & Signia” properties.
I have both on the same card, and there is some overlap in properties between the two amex offers. For example, Zemi Beach House is an eligible property for both offers.
This also happened 2 years ago (end of 2023), where I was able to stack both offers on the same card at Zemi Beach House. (And also did so on P2’s card).
I’m doing this with Waldorf Los Cabos as well & hoping it stacked. Spend a grand get $400 back between the two offers.
I’m staying on FNCs but maybe can rack up enough dining & spa to push it over.
