Marriott Homes & Villas is currently running several overlapping promotions. We’ve already covered one seemingly targeted at Bonvoy members with Gold status, but there are a couple of others that are worth registering for too.
The Deals
- Earn 2,000 bonus points per night when staying 2+ nights & spending $1,500+.
- Earn 3x points on stays of 4+ nights in the Caribbean & Latin America.

- Stays must be completed at participating properties located only in Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos, and the US Virgin Islands. Properties in all other countries and territories are not included in this promotion.

Quick Thoughts
The promotion awarding 2,000 bonus points per night is a decent offer, but do note the requirements that it be a stay of at least two nights that costs $1,500 before any add-on fees.
The 3x promo in the eligible countries listed above in the terms has the potential to be a good offer too, especially seeing as there are no spend requirements – you just have to book a stay lasting at least four nights.
These two promos should stack together if you book a 4+ night stay costing at least $1,500 in one of the participating countries. The 2,000 bonus points per night won’t be tripled, but you’ll earn 5 base points per dollar, 10 bonus points per dollar (based on the 3x promo) along with 2,000 bonus points per night on top.
Click through from a shopping portal to earn cashback/rewards on your stay too. If you have the Capital One Shopping browser extension installed, you might get a targeted email if you browse the Homes & Villas site first. I got an email a few days ago offering 15% back which is a generous offer compared to what other shopping portals are offering, even if Capital One Shopping redemption options are getting depleted.
