Quick Thoughts
There are some pretty good deals available here. 4x transferable miles through Rove for Visa, Mastercard, and Gift of College is nicely rewarding, while earning 5x on brands like Disney, Airbnb, and Delta might also be appealing for some.
8.08% cashback from TopCashback and 8% cashback from BeFrugal for most of the same third party brands as Rove is also a good return if you’d rather earn cashback than miles.
Bear in mind that Capital One Shopping sometimes offers increased rates for Giftcards.com that exceed the rates above, so be sure to check if you’re targeted for those.

not seeing the Gift of college cards on Rove either via GC.com or by searching the Rove site. Has the other cards that you have there listed, but not GoC
