Quick Thoughts
The last Turo Amex Offer gave 20% back on up to $150 of spend. That was helpful if you were booking a cheap rental as there was no minimum spending threshold. This latest offer though does require a minimum $150 booking, the same as the Chase Offer and Citi Offer.
Bear in mind that Turo isn’t a conventional car rental company. That means your payment card(s) likely don’t provide cover for the rental like they might with rental companies like National, Avis, Hertz, etc. Turo will have coverage options during the booking process.

It’s also worth considering the SimplyMiles / AA offer – 1160 miles + 1160 Loyalty Points on a purchase of $150 or more. If you value AA miles at 1.5cpp it’s clearly not as good as the cash – $17.40 of value versus $25 or $30. But if you value the LPs at more than $0, it could be roughly equivalent value.
Agree 100% that you have to make sure you are covered when renting with Turo.
I think you can piggy back that with the Citi offer though, yes?
I have never been able to do both simplymiles and Citi offers. Could do both simply miles and a portal (whether Rakuten, AA, etc.).
