Amazon is continuing with its offers giving discounts when redeeming at least one bank point at checkout by giving some customers $10 off when spending $75 or more and redeeming at least 1 Discover point. If that level of discount is snoozeworthy to you, it’s still worth checking out the offer as there might be more generous discounts available.

Quick Thoughts

Amazon normally has several different versions of an offer like this. My wife and I were both only targeted for the offer listed above giving $10 off when spending $75 or more, but there might be other offers out there giving either a larger fixed discount or a large percentage off when spending a certain amount (similar to the 40% off deal when redeeming at least 1 Membership Rewards point.)

Eligible items have to be both shipped and sold by Amazon, so if you’re not seeing the discount applied when checking out, that’ll likely be why. A workaround is to buy third party gift cards as those are both sold and shipped by Amazon.
