There’s a couple of great new Best Buy offers out this morning on various Amex cards good for either 3,000 Membership Rewards points or $30 back when you spend $300 or more at Best Buy in-store or online. It’s great to see an offer like this that’s valid throughout the holiday shopping season as there will surely be some good stacking opportunities.

- New widely available Amex Offers are out for Best Buy: Spend $300+, get 3,000 Membership Rewards points or $30 back [see your offers for details]
Key Terms
- Can add 1 of each version (one Membership Rewards offer and one statement credit offer)
- Valid in-store or online
- See your offer for full terms
Quick Thoughts
This is a great offer to see as the holiday shopping season kicks into full swing. I think I found this offer on all of my Amex cards, but the system only allowed me to add the Membership Rewards and statement credit version one time each (and I used the new interface for me and the old interface for my wife and it made no difference — I couldn’t add the same version to multiple cards), so you’ll want to be strategic about which cards you sync.
Note that the terms indicate that the offer is not valid on e-gift cards, though gift cards purchased in-store ought to work. Some Best Buy stores carry Visa Gift Cards around the holidays, which might be particularly attractive (my store does not carry these anymore).
As always, we have added this to our database of Current Amex Offers.

Hmm, got it on 0 out of 6 cards.
I hit this hard when they released a similar offer ~6 months ago, I wonder if Amex is getting smarter and not giving it to people like me again.
I went in store to buy a Bosch dishwasher. They are offering free installation and I was able to split tender so my wife and I could each use the offer on two different cards.
I had to skip the Delta portal bonus to go in store, but I think the extra $30 savings outweighed the value of 1,000 Delta miles.
It’s a great offer if you can use it. As always, don’t waste money you wouldn’t otherwise spend.
Does anyone know if they report level 3 data to amex? Thinking of buying some GC’s for christmas gifts to help hit min spend but dont want to get a clawback.
Can I use more than one card for in-store purchases? Need to buy a new iPhone anyway. Thanks.
Sure. Just ask to split tender when making payment. I’ve never had a problem with that in the store.
