Update: The AirPods Pro are on sale again for the same price and the regular AirPods are also on sale for $165 and several other iPads and Apple Watches on sale today. If you’ve got one of the 20% off deals noted below from a credit card, that would be a final price of $132 after that savings on the AirPods (non-Pro model). That model is available for free one-day Prime shipping (see a link under “The Deal” below). H/T: Miles to Memories

Quick Thoughts
As I write this post, it says these ship in 1-3 months. My experience with Amazon backordered items is that they have always shipped earlier than expected except for one time when they kept pushing it back for a few months and then finally canceled. I would expect them to fulfill these in time for the holidays, but who knows. The long delay in estimated shipping time tells me this will probably become unavailable very soon, so hop on it if interested. I’m not an Apple person myself, but these are surely a popular product for those who are Apple people.
H/T: Doctor of Credit
I tried tour link for the Chase offer (20% off using 1 MR point). This is what I got back:
“Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer”
The 40mm watch is showing at $399, not $299.
Thanks. Marked it dead. the 44mm Space Grey is the only of the three that appears to still be alive.
DP: Ordered on Nov 6th ($188 + tax) & delivered Nov 9th.
The Amex offer is $20 off of $100 or more so it’s not really 20% off. Am I getting the wrong offer?
Did you see the link to the targeted offer for 20% off that is under “The Deal”? It’s a targeted offer for 20% off (up to $50 off) when you pay using at least 1 Membership Rewards point, not an Amex Offer.
Same here. $20 off $100, NOT 20% off. Used the link above.
My guess is that you must have used the 20% off previously or not been targeted this time. See these Doctor of Credit posts — the 20% off is up to a max of $50 off.

Amex:

This could be even better. If you go the Amex points route, and were lucky enough to be targeted there’s an Amex Offer for Amazon: Spend $75+, get 1,500 Membership Reward points offer…and it expires in 2 days.
Pretty solid deal all around esp with the extra 1500 MR points (since I hadn’t used the offer yet).
Thanks for the awesome quick deal and keep up the good work!
Didn’t get the immediate Amex Offer email notice so my excitement may have gotten the best of me since they may not actually process the payment until the item is no longer on backorder. Grrr. Probably lose the amex deal. Guess if I don’t see it post in two days I’ll be spending another $75 at Amazon…gift cards it is!
item ships in 1-3 months!
That’s why he’s guessing he didn’t get the Amex Offer email. As noted in the post, my experience with those is that items ship sooner than the timeframe (usually), but highly unlikely that they will ship (and therefore charge) before that Amex Offer expires unfortunately.
