Quick Thoughts

The previous JetBlue Plus offer was 60,000 points after $1,000 in spend. This version is significantly better, as it raises the bonus to 70,000 points after the same $1K (and after paying the annual fee). This is one of the better offers we’ve seen for the JetBlue Plus card since an 80,000-point offer that expired in 2022.

I know several folks who fly JetBlue often and spend quite a bit on this card to earn Mosaic status. The card also offers a 5,000-point annual anniversary bonus, a 10% rebate on reward redemptions, and a free checked bag, so it can be worthwhile to keep for frequent flyers.

I applied for a JetBlue Plus card on Sunday, February 1, 2026. I was offered 60,000 points. I see now that 70,000 points are being offered as of the same date (2/1/2026). I called about it, and was told I cant’ get the 70,000 points. Makes no sense to me.

Wasn’t there a $0 intro AF before?

Steve Hall

There is a different JetBlue card with a zero fee

Grant

Barclays is losing partners so they must do this… personally I hope they’ll raise the offer on Emirates cards.

Data point. I signed up with the 60k offer about 3 weeks ago. Called to see if Barclays would match to the 70k offer. Was told no by the representative and that any other representative I would be transferred to would give me the same answer.

Chuck

Thanks for the data point. My wife signed up for the card 2 weeks ago. If it was me who got the card, I’d call to ask. But not gonna put my wife through that.

Kaushik

thanks i have the exact same timeline, but i have not called them yet. I will call them just to see what they say on my drive back home from work

I have the business card, received the bonus a few years ago, can I get the sign up bonus for the plus card?
