(Update) Bilt Rent Day for June: Up to 200% transfer bonus to Accor Live Limitless (ALL)

25

Update 6/9/25: When Bilt sent a press release regarding this transfer bonus, it stated that the bonus would be available from June 1, 2025 at 12am ET through June 2, 2025 at 11:59pm PT. That would’ve been two full days rather than its usual one day event as Bilt transfer bonuses usually end at 11:59pm PT on the first day of the month.

I’d missed that at the time, otherwise I would’ve queried it with Bilt; however, it sounds like several other sites published the same June 2 end date. Jared shared in the comments that several Bilt members subsequently transferred their points to Accor on June 2, only to not get the bonus points they were expecting. Those Bilt Rewards members had done so based on so many sites reporting that the transfer bonus was still in force through to 11:59pm PT on June 2.

We reached out to Bilt regarding this as it would be good for the affected members to receive the full bonus they were expecting since we and other sites had published erroneous information based on Bilt’s press release. Here’s their reply:

We did have a typo in the press briefing, and for that I am sorry and will be sure going forward we don’t allow that to happen again.

However, the member-facing product experience including Rent Day tab, published rent day terms, the transfer page and the transfer terms and conditions every member agreed to before being allowed to transfer all showed the correct points to be transferred and received in the linked Accor account and had the correct time of the promo ending which was the same of every Rent Day offer before. Any member who has reached out to our customer service has been reviewed to see when they transferred and what terms they agreed to in order to confirm the offer was correctly applied; and we will do so for any more members who reach out.

If you’re one of the people affected by this, it’s therefore worth contacting Bilt directly to request that they honor the up-to 200% transfer bonus. Based on their statement though, it’s not entirely clear to me whether Bilt has actually been making things right for those who have already contacted them; all it says is that they’ll review the transfer – not that they’ll actually correct anything. Still, if you transferred points to Accor on June 2, hopefully you’ll have some kind of success.

Bilt has announced details about its next Rent Day and it has the potential to be a good one depending on your Bilt Rewards status. That’s because they’re offering a bonus of up to 200% when transferring your points to Accor Live Limitless (ALL).

That’s the headline offer, but Bilt is also offering a bonus when redeeming your points for Lyft rides.

Fairmont San Francisco
Fairmont San Francisco, part of the Accor Live Limitless program

The Deals

  • Bilt is offering a transfer bonus to Accor Live Limitless based on your Bilt Rewards status level:
    • Blue & Silver – 50% bonus (i.e. 1:1)
    • Gold & Platinum – 200% bonus (i.e. 1:2)
  • Bilt is also offering an increased redemption rate when redeeming Bilt Rewards points for Lyft rides:
    • Blue & Silver – 50% bonus
    • Gold & Platinum – 100% bonus

Key Terms

  • Accor Live Limitless – Offer valid June 1, 2025 from 12am ET – June 2, 2025 at 11:59pm PT.
  • Lyft – Offer valid May 27, 2025 at 9am ET – June 2, 2025 at 11:59pm PT

Quick Thoughts

Bilt normally transfers to Accor on a 3:2 basis. With a 50% bonus on offer for Blue and Silver members, that increases the ratio to 3:3 or, effectively, 1:1. Gold and Platinum members meanwhile get a 200% bonus which increases the ratio to 3:6, or an effective 1:2.

Unlike the majority of hotel loyalty programs, Accor Live Limitless has points that have a fixed redemption rate of 2 Euro cents each. Based on the current Euro to US Dollar exchange rate, that’s ~2.28 cents per point (cpp). That means Bilt Rewards Blue and Silver members can get 2.28 cents per point of value, while Gold and Platinum members get a whopping 4.56 cents per point. With the right airline transfer bonus you might get that value on a future Rent Day, but a guaranteed redemption rate of just over 4.5 cents per point (provided Accor doesn’t devalue its points) is fantastic.

To give a better sense of the value you could get, let’s say you have Gold or Platinum status and would normally transfer your Bilt points to Hyatt. 5,000 points could get you one night in a category 1 hotel when standard pricing is in force. By transferring 5,000 Bilt points to Accor on June 1 on the other hand, you’d be able to redeem those for a ~$228 stay. That’s more value than you could usually expect to get from a category 1 Hyatt redemption.

On the higher end of the Hyatt award chart, you’re looking at 30,000 points at standard pricing for a category 7 hotel. 30,000 points transferred to Accor with a 200% bonus could be redeemed for $1,368 of hotel stays.

The somewhat downside of the Accor program is that it doesn’t have a large presence in North America. Overseas though, they’re much better represented with more than 5,500 hotels around the world.

This transfer bonus could be worthwhile for Bilt Gold and Platinum members even if you have zero interest in the ALL program. That’s because Accor has partnerships with many different airline and other travel loyalty programs. Many of those wouldn’t normally be appealing by transferring Bilt points, but a few partnerships become much more attractive with a 1:2 ratio. For example, you can transfer Accor Live Limitless points on a 1:1 basis to:

  • Air France/KLM Flying Blue
  • Iberia Avios
  • Virgin Australia Velocity (not Virgin Atlantic Flying Club)

Also potentially of interest:

  • Qantas Frequent Flyer – transfer 2,000 ALL points to 2,500 Qantas points
  • ITA Airways – transfer 4,000 ALL points to 5,000 Volare points

Don’t forget that back in January, Bilt offered a status match to the Accor Live Limitless program. If you took advantage of that, it could give even more reason to transfer to Accor on June 1.

The reply was kind of long, so I ran it through ChatGPT to translate:

“The terms and conditions were correct in the app, so I don’t care if you relied on the false advertisement in our press release. Lol.

P.S. F*** you.

P.P.S. Don’t forget to make 5 purchases this month.”

Hope this helps.

I tried to do the transfer on the 1st but Accor’s website wouldn’t let me set up an account. I finally called in and had success….on the second. Too late for the bonus.

I didn’t want to stay at their hotels anyway. (Says my alter ego….the Fox from Aesops fables)

Just wanted to point out that despite the 6/1/25 update at the top, you listed “June 2, 2025 at 11:59pm PT” in the body of the post as the end of the promo. It did not end then, it definitely ended at 11:59pm PT June 1, 2025. I’ve heard from a lot of people that they missed out on this promo due to the incorrect information posted about its end date here and most other blogs.

Did Bilt send you the wrong information or was that a writing error?

Jared P

Thanks for following up with them and posting the update, Stephen.

Pretty awful response from Bilt. Essentially taking zero responsibility for the error. Definitely less bullish on their program and customer-friendliness than I was before.

Mr. Bee

This was probably the most underrated transfer bonus ever. Absolutely incredible value from a great program like Accor that nobody ever talks about.

Mikey

Great info, Stephen! As I went through the post, you pretty much anticipated every question or concern I had and answered it proactively. I am a veteran points enthusiast but an Accor newbie, and got the ALL status earlier in the year through Bilt as I was eyeing some cool Sofitel properties and this seems like a good way to add to it and use the status benefits. Kudos to the FM team for analyzing these deals in a no-nonsense way for the rest of us.

Clarkson

There appears to be no decent way to acquire BILT points since there aren’t great multipliers. What exactly is the play here for people with sub-$2000 rent payments? MS enough to get BILT status and then hope for a great transfer bonus? I do have a BILT card but a couple thousand BILT points a month barely moves the needle, imho. It’s at least something I guess..

Brian

Live somewhere where rent is over $4,000 a month like we do, lol. Also I use Bilt for all dining spend as the 3x is good enough and I often get 6x if the restaurant is in the program. They add up over time

Jack

If the card is unattractive, why did you get it in the first place? (Sincere question.)

José

Don’t forget Accor points expire one year after earning. Have a use case in mind.

Andrew

That is good to know. Looks like you can extend it (12 months) by earning points. Including transferring from Capital One.

Andrew

I’ll probably take advantage of this offer (Bilt Gold). French Polynesia is one of my favorite places, Moorea in particular. I’ve stayed at the Hilton there and would love to stay at the Sofitel.

Hombre

I think I am going to do this. I have been waiting for a way to use my Bilt Points. I have Chase and AMEX points galore. I have Accor Gold from other promo from Bilt. For the promo, I will convert 125K Blit for 250K Accor at 2x as I am Gold. That translates into ~$5,700 in current conversion rates. I will use for trip to Fairmont in Banff and Lake Louise. Let me know if this is a good plan. I do not know when Bilt will do something more interesting than this go forward and it is a good redemption in my mind.

Hombre

Since I have no Accor points currently, can someone confirm I can use to buy down rate at Farimont’s in Banff and Lake Louise please?

Andrew

Those properties are high on my list to visit, and avenues to stay at them cheaply have dried up as Fairmont gift card sales and cobranded credit cards have disappeared. If you really want to stay at them I think it’s a stellar redemption with the 200% bonus. About the only other way to offset some of the cost is to use AMEX FHR credits and benefits.

For Lake Louise specifically, it used to be if you book into a Suite they automatically offer many of the same benefits you’d get through a program like FHR (free breakfast, free parking, etc.). Depending on the dates you are looking at it could be worth paying up for a suite if the cost difference isn’t huge compared to what you would already spend for food, parking, or other costs anyway. There is the Accor STEP program as well but I’m not sure if you can book through that and still pay with points at the end of the stay.

Matthew

Just make sure to have a redemption in mind and ready to go next month, in my opinion. I’m now looking at my options after getting Platinum status in January. Some of Accor properties look nice, but like most hotels, seem a bit overpriced to me. It’s amazing how some of them can fluctuate so much from night to night.

MCG

Does anyone here remember that brazil accor promotion Greg mentioned on the podcast that gets you accor status and points each year? Wondering if it makes sense to do a BILT transfer as a platinum member to accor, and then purchasing that brazil accor for status to take advantage of this promotion.

Richard (not that Richard)

The opportunity cost to get anywhere close to platinum putting regular spend on bilt just never makes sense

Nate

Do ITA or Virgin Velocity have any sweet spots? Those aren’t typical transfer currency programs.
T
i guess ITA points would turn into Miles and More, so a way to get LH First in two years.

Fred

As the Bilt team reads the blogs, here’s a thought for them: Perhaps the card to mimic is the Capital One Venture instead of the Chase Sapphire Preferred. If Capital One can make a flat 2X work, so can you. I would move substantial spending to you — mid-to-high six-digits.

Yuri

Cap1 can do this with $95 AF, Bilt has no AF. With no AF, Cap1 can only give you 1.5X with Spark Miles Select or 1.25x with Venture One.
But yes, if Bilt can do 2x with no AF and no FTF, I will use it sometimes. Right now Bilt is not an interesting card to me.

You can’t give 2x and a monthly bonus of free points equal to the rent payment. The free points need to be paid for from somewhere, and right now that is likely VC or WF money. But at some point that runs out.

My guess is that some point your monthly rent points are capped by your money card spending – so if your rent is $2k, you need to spend $2k per month to get your rent points. I don’t know if that amount of spending ( basically monthly spending equal to 1x your rent) is feasible by the average Bilt user who is 20-35 year old.

Fred

It’s not our job to figure out how Bilt makes money. So many people desperately try to illustrate how Bilt (as a company) will run out of money. As long as I receive my points, do I really care? I’m just telling Bilt what I’d like out of the card for me to move spending to it.
