US Airways is once again offering up to a 100% bonus on shared miles. That is, transfer your miles to a friend (at a cost of 1 cent per mile plus processing fees) and you’re friend will get more miles than you sent, up to twice as many. This is effectively like buying miles at 1.135 cents each.
