There’s another round of targeted welcome offers out for the American Express Delta business credit cards which don’t have Amex’s standard “once in a lifetime” language. Because of this, the offers produced should be obtainable for folks who have had the cards before or who have them now.
In addition to having no lifetime language, these links are also showing welcome bonuses that are significantly higher than the current public offers, including 100k and 125k SkyMiles for the Delta Platinum and Reserve, respectively.
These offers are targeted and appear to be based on receiving a specific communication via snail or e-mail. That said, there’s a link that was shared by Danny the Deal Guru that appears to work for anyone (let me know in the comments if anyone has an issue accessing the offers with it).
The Deal
- There is a link that produces current welcome offers for American Express Delta Sky Miles business cards, but without the normal “once-in-a-lifetime” language and with elevated welcome offers:
- Delta Business Gold: 90k SkyMiles after $6k spend in six months
- Delta Business Platinum: 100k SkyMiles after $8k spend in six months
- Delta Business Reserve: 125k SkyMiles after $12k spend in six months
- Offers expire 9/4/24

Quick Thoughts
Most Amex welcome offers come with the following “lifetime rule” restriction:
Welcome offer not available to applicants who have or have had this Card.
Because of this, if you’ve ever had a given card before, you are usually prohibited from earning a welcome offer for that same card. (although, Amex is known to “forget” that you’ve had a card after about 5-7 years). In addition, Amex has expanded “family” language limits to the Platinum, Gold and Delta cards (among others). The offers available through this link have no lifetime language (NLL), so they aren’t bound by these restrictions.
In addition, these NLL offers have bonuses that are between 35k-50k higher than the current, publicly-available versions: 90k for the (Delta) Business Gold, 100k for the (Delta) Business and 125k for the Business Reserve. Those are very good on their own right, without even considering the lack of lifetime language.
The link that DDG shared was a little finicky for me in my primary Chrome profile (as are a lot of Amex links these days). If you have problems, try opening it using a fresh browser or browser instance.
approved for 90k sky pesos with a 25k referral from P2. OK, so they’re Delta miles, but such low hanging fruit – $6k spend in 6 mos & no AF. I’m smack out of cards to apply for, so why not?
Link is pulled
Thanks, marked it dead.
For those that did apply, I got both plat and gold 5 days apart and have received bonus for both. Prior to this I’ve been in puj for a few years
FYI, you will get a credit limit of $10,000 no matter what financial information you put into the application.
This appears to be an offer targeted to someone with the last name FANG. It’s locked and can’t be changed.
@Tim Steinke Please add 2x at ALL restaurants for Delta Biz Gold, surprised it has no US restriction but none shown
Sure you’re not thinking about the consumer Gold? The Biz Gold is 2x at shipping/advertising, unless there’s a promotion that I’m not aware of.
Biz Gold Delta is both 2x Restaurants (global) and also 2x US Shipping/US Advertising – I also had to do a double take, this must’ve been part of the revamp
Sure enough, it’s listed there at the bottom of the Delta site. That’s new as far as I know. It’s strange that they don’t advertise that with the other bonus categories. Good eye!
Can’t get the 90,000, only the 55,000 for the gold card
I expected to be denied since I applied for my 3 Amex delta biz gold in the past 2 years, one earlier this year, and got accepted a few hours after applying
Just got Delta Biz Gold after being in business pop up jail last few months. Thanks as always for the useful info!
So with the Gold there is no AF the first year and you can get an additional $200 credit for spending $10k – already need to put $6k on for the 90k SUB. That’s not terrible if you don’t plan on this being a keeper.
I’ve been wanting this card but got denied previously. Tried this go around and was approved! Taking a delta to flight to Tokyo so pumped to save 96k of my amex points along with the 15% discount.
The gold card looks the best to me. No annual fee for the first year, and assuming I can cancel after the first year without consequence (?), I will get 90k, while it would cost me $650 more to get an additional 35k (125k-90k) with the reserve. I am thinking right?
And you get a $150 Delta Stays credit with the Gold card too!
Since it is calendar year, twice even.
In pop up jail for years now, both this and the Hilton NLL have bypassed the pop up for me. Thank you!
This one doesn’t feel good. I jumped on this too fast without realizing the source of the link. Approved, but wish I wasn’t. I think this one’s going to blow up the wrong way.
Why? What do you mean source of the link? Are DDG links unreliable for some reason?
I think he’s afraid he will have to stock up on the cheese for when the RATs come.
My wife is having a weird issue with Amex I wonder if anybody else has experienced. Almost 2 weeks ago she applied for the gold card. She got three calls from Amex basically saying they didn’t believe her name was her real name (she has only a first initial and middle name) but no clear instructions on what to do next. Finally, on the third call, she got instructions on uploading documents to prove her legal name, which she did immediately. Since then…nothing. Amex customer service seems completely incompetent with figuring out what needs to be done and gives conflicting answers. And the application seems to be totally stuck, not denied and not approved.
I’ve tried to get one of these the last 2 times they had elevated welcome offers but have been in PUP. Applied with this link and was instantly approved – and this is actually an even better welcome offer too!
Me too! Been in PUP for over a year now. I actually tried applying for a number of different delta cards just a couple of hours ago and was denied. I thought I had no chance, but I was approved for the biz gold.
Timmy, my boy, you just made my day!
Interestingly, I first tried applying for the personal gold and the last name “fang” was locked into the application…
…and I was just approved for the delta platinum biz card as well….. yes, I’ll stop there and hope Amex doesn’t shut me down. I actually noticed after I hit submit that I forgot to put the last zero on my annual household income, so I was approved with 1/10 of my actual income….
And it’s my sixth Amex credit card….
What are your 6. I have 5 Amex credit cards and can’t get approved for no 6 ( brilliant , aspire , blue business, delta reserve and Marriott business card )
