Quick Thoughts
This digital coupon will presumably work on variable load gift cards, so that should make you a $9.05 profit. Even if your store only has $200 Visa gift cards, you’ll still make a profit of a few bucks, plus you’ll earn even more rewards by paying with a credit card that earns a bonus at grocery stores. The Chase Freedom card is offering 5% at grocery stores until next Sunday, so this could be a good chance to spend to that card’s $1,500 category limit if you haven’t already maxed it out.
Note that the terms require that you spend at least $15 in groceries at the same time as buying the VGC.
So when i buy the 500 + fees, i have to bring along $15 worth of grocery and buy them all in the same transaction? or do they just give me a 15$ coupon?
Yes, bring along $15 of groceries and pay for the VGC at the same time. There’s a digital coupon you have to load to your account first though – you can find a link to that above.
