Kroger has a couple of digital coupons offering 4x fuel points when buying third party gift cards as well as $25, $50 & $100 Visa & Mastercard gift cards. If your vehicle(s) have large tanks, this can save you up to 14%.

Quick Thoughts
In case you’re not familiar with Kroger’s fuel scheme, 1,000 fuel points are worth $1 off per gallon on up to 35 gallons. Seeing as you’d be earning 4x fuel points with this promotion, every $250 of gift cards purchased earns you $1 off per gallon.
If you can fill up to that 35 gallon limit (either with a car with a large gas tank or by fueling 2+ vehicles at once), you’ll save $35 for every $250 spent on gift cards which is a 14% discount. That’s good for personal use and can also be profitable for reselling.
Kroger often seems to offer these 4x digital coupons towards the end of the month, so the fact that they’re available for purchases from March 1-3 is great. The reason why is because fuel points expire at the end of the month after you earn them, so fuel points earned at the beginning of March will be valid through to the end of April. That’ll hopefully give you ample chance to use them up.
As always, pay with a credit card that earns a category bonus at grocery stores. For example, the Amex Gold card earns 4x Membership Rewards nowadays, while the Discover It card is earning 5% at grocery stores this quarter.
Remember that even though you can load the digital coupons to your Kroger Plus account immediately, you’ll only earn 4x fuel points on gift cards purchased from March 1-3.

Yes, third party gift cards basically includes everything except Kroger, VGCs, MGC & Amex GCs (although VGCs & MGCs are included in the other digital coupon).
