Update 1/30/22 – The landing page is showing new terms for this promotion that specifically exclude award nights: “Award Nights and Points + Cash redemption nights are not eligible to receive bonus points.”
Radisson Rewards Americas has yet another new promo for Q1, this time offering 30,000 points for three nights, then continuing for up to 90,000 points on nine nights. This should stack with the Double Elite Night Promo as well their other recent promotion that awards 10,000 bonus points for new members after two stays. So, a member who stays three nights would end up with Radisson Rewards points worth ~$100 ($136 for a new member) according to our Reasonable Redemption Values.
The Deals
- Earn 30,000 pts for every 3 Radisson Americas nights until 4/30, up to 90,000 pts.
Key Terms
-
- To be eligible for the Promotion, you must: (i) Be a Radisson Rewards Americas member (“Member”); (ii) Complete (arrive and depart) Eligible Stays between January 19, 2022 and April 30, 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
- “Eligible Nights” means a night at a Radisson Hotel Group Americas property that is booked at an Eligible Rate, identified in the hotel’s reservation system as eligible for points,
an Award Night redemption stay, or a Points + Cash redemption stay.Stays booked using an ineligible booking source such as an Online Travel Agent (sometimes referred to as “OTA”), as well as free stays (e-Certs), are NOT eligible. - Existing reservations that meet Eligible Night criteria are eligible for the promotion. Award Nights and Points + Cash redemption nights are not eligible to receive bonus points.
Quick Thoughts
As a reminder, Radisson Rewards split into two regions last Summer and this promo only applies for stays in the “Americas” region (US, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean). While I’m not a huge Radisson fan, this has me taking notice. $36 back per night (or $45 if you’re a new member) is a pretty hefty return, especially at the rates of most Radisson Americas properties. It might be worth seaking out a Radisson over a comparable Choice or IHG property on an already existing stay.
Sounds like someone at Radisson HQ finally did the math on this one.
I guess now I can stop trying to figure it why and where I should take a random trip to a Country Inn & Suites just to get a free after promo hotel stay.
Lol, it’s good to get things off your plate
