Need to Know
- Mastercard gift cards sold by Sears are issued by U.S. Bank and are PIN-enabled
- $100 cards have a fee of $5.95
- These cards don’t work well at Walmart, since they will initially run as credit. On some POS systems you can quickly hit the button to change tender type to debit, but some people have had issues with Walmart’s newest systems

I purchased the $100 master gift card in sears on 11/15, but until now, I still not get the $10 Sears eAward card in email. Has any one encountered the same issue? And does anyone know who I should contact?
This is a fake promotion. A call to sears district manager will clear that up. I currently work at sears,and we’ve had to tell multiple people this isn’t from sears.

It should stack with Discover. Sears is considered a Dept. store. KMart, however, is not.

I bought two of these separately and they gave me a $10 Kmart gift card on the spot. But, the $2 SYM points never showed up. I had to write and they posted immediately thereafter.
I didn’t get the $2 either. Who did you write?
