Quick Thoughts
It’s rare to see discounts of 10% or more on Disney gift cards, so that’s a good offer if you’re planning a trip to see Mickey. Note that both those and the Visa gift cards are physical gift cards that’ll be mailed to you, whereas the other deals are all eGift cards.
This sale is only on for one day, but fee-free Visa gift cards and good discounts on Disney gift cards are always extremely popular and so there’s a good chance that those two deals in particular will sell out before tonight, so jump on this deal ASAP if you’re interested.
There’s a Staples Amex Offer giving $25 back when spending $100 if you’re targeted for that and haven’t used it yet. Otherwise, there’s always the trusty 5x option on Chase Ink Cash and Ink Plus cards seeing as Staples processes these gift card purchases themselves which means they code as office supply purchases.
Gift card purchases are excluded from earning cashback/rewards through shopping portals, but it’s always worthwhile clicking through from a portal anyway on the off-chance that it does track and pay out – here are the current portal rates for Staples online.
So you send out a one day only offer a day late! Simply brilliant!
We posted about this at 7:45am yesterday morning, but the daily email goes out before that which is why it was included in this morning’s email instead. To ensure you don’t miss out on time-sensitive deals like this one, the daily email you receive should have an option at the bottom to switch to instant emails. That’ll send you an email each time we post something rather than only one email a day, but it would ensure you don’t miss out on deals that only last for one day which we’ll likely see more of over Black Friday and the rest of the holidays.
Instant cancel, though coded as Staples.
Any idea for this?
Wouldn’t paypal also gives 5x points when using Freedom card since that’s the current 5x category for the quarter?
Visa will code as Gift Card Mall no?
It should code as a purchase directly from Staples.
Deal! Thanks
Dang Disney is out of stock already! Put them in my cart about 10 min ago, did something else, came back with my credit card, and bam… Empty cart. Wow.
Looks like they are available again!
Good to see that’s possible – Kohl’s is now OOS too (which makes no sense for e-gift cards, lol), now I know to keep checking!
It does when they are a loss leader. You limit how many you are willing to sell.
Their site could be better programmed so instead of showing out of stock they would still sell them but show the deal has expired instead.
