Quick Thoughts
When using the VGHOLIDAY24 code, the best value is buying eGift cards because then the fees are waived entirely (as there’s no shipping fees. If buying physical gift cards, the purchase fees AND shipping fees will be waived when using the VGEPIC24 code.
It’s best not to pay with Amex cards as they don’t earn rewards on purchases from VanillaGift, plus it’s coded as a cash advance on Amex cards in the past. We’re not aware of this being an issue with cards from other banks and issuers though.
