One of the biggest hassles of reselling is having to either haul all of your packages to the UPS Store or wait for specified days/times for UPS to pick them up. UPS does have a custom pickup service called Smart Pickup, however it normally costs $10 per week.

Thankfully, UPS is giving away a free year of Smart Pickup as part of their free UPS Connect service. To get access to Smart Pickup, simply sign-up online for UPS Connect and choose “UPS Smart Pickup” when choosing a shipping option.

You can sign-up and find the details on the UPS website.

How to cancel it if we do not want to use it anymore?

John

How to cancel it after a year?

Ken

This only works if you create a shipment from your UPS account and pay through them. Since there is no way to manually schedule a pickup, if you’re sending FBA items in you’re out of luck.

I found this a few days ago. It shows me as signed up yet I can find NO way to schedule a free pickup. Anyone used it can share some tips? I work in IT so I’m pretty savvy yet I can’t figure this out. No matter what I try it shows a charge for my pickups. Thanks!

Be careful!, I signed up for the promotional pickup and they started sending me bills after 6 months.
