Frequent Miler's latest team challenge, Million Mile Madness, is happening now! Follow us as Greg, Nick, and Stephen compete to earn 1 Million SAS miles by flying 15 airlines before November 23rd. Who will complete the challenge with the most Speed, Affordability, and Style?

Follow along here!

Offer valid through 2/15/2016:

1-800-Flowers is currently offering 1750 jetBlue TrueBlue points per order for orders of $29.99 or more. To get this deal, use code TB1750 when checking out.

1800Flowers JetBlue 1750

This deal does stack with:

  • 1800Flowers gift cards with the exception of those purchased from sites like Groupon where there is sometimes a restriction against combining the gift card with promo codes (watch out for gift cards from resellers too as those may have originated with Groupon or a similar site).
  • Amex Offers: Check your Amex account for the Spend $50, get $15 back 1-800-Flowers offer
  • Amex OPEN Savings: Get 5% back when you use your Amex business card at 1-800-Flowers
  • ShopYourWay Partner Offers: Enroll your Visa or MasterCard and automatically get 20% back in SYW points (found here) when you use the card at 1800Flowers.
  • Free shipping from the Celebrations Passport program

This deal does not stack with:

  • Portal offers
  • Free shipping from ShopRunner

Buying Miles for 1.3 cents

If you have an Amex card registered for the 1-800-Flowers offer and a subscription to Celebrations Passport (for free shipping), you could place two $30 orders and get a total of 3500 jetBlue TrueBlue points:

  • Cost: $60
  • Rebate: $15 (from Amex Offers)
  • Final Cost (if item is shipped to state that doesn’t charge sales tax for these orders): $45
  • Cost per mile: $45 / 3500 = 1.3 cents

Since jetBlue points are worth about 1.5 cents each towards flights, this is an OK deal even if you don’t ascribe any value to the flowers. This is not a great deal if you have to pay for shipping though.

Actually want to send a gift?

You can increase the odds of getting nice flowers by selecting items that are marked for local florist delivery.  Or, buy from one of their other brands such as Wolferman’s or Harry & David.

When you purchase the passport you will also recieve a restaurant.com $25 giftcard basically making this free

Chayan Caraballo

‘Only until feb 12’

100% correct matter of fact they have them at $3 right now minus 10% thru a portal so more like $2.70! I have never used them are they reliable? Dont want to go to eat somewhere and then get told they are no good.

joe

also do the orders have to be placed for friday delivery or can i order something for another date?

losingtrader

I went crazy with this last year placing 62 orders in 1 day to get the Companion Pass, 45% back in SYW, 10 or 20% Celebrations Reward and the 1750 Southwest points.
I ordered different food items.
My take is the sweets are WAYYYYYYY too sugary. The oreo pie is awful, unless you want to eat a pie made of oreo filling . YUK. I mean , really nobody could eat more than a sliver.
The only thing worth buying were the pears, so I bought 35 orders of pears this year.

joe

are the jetblue pts good on orders at harry and david??

[…] 1750 JetBlue or Southwest points per order at 1800Flowers through 2/15/16 (JetBlue details here, Southwest details […]

TomSAN

The bonus won’t work with ShopRunner and I can’t get my order to exclude ShopRunner. I know that I would have to pay for shipping but I’m willing to do that. Any thoughts on how to opt out of ShopRunner?

joe

Also finally… can you buy $30 gift cards with the TB1750 offer? does that qualify?

joe

So for example,
$29.99 for passport (topcashback)
$21 or $25 GC. (topcashback)

x10 (via Amexs)
$30.00 (jetblue) get jet blue pts
$20.00 GC (use portal) get topcashback?

joe

DO you know if Amex 1800flowers is still a cumulative thing? IE can I buy celebrations passport with Topcashback + amex…. and then just spend another $20.01?

[…] 1750 jetBlue points per order at 1-800-Flowers. Buy miles for 1.3 cents each. by Frequent Miler. We talked about the value of jetBlue points recently, might be a way to grab some shitty flowers and cheap miles at the same time. […]

TomSAN

Note that the AmEx $15 off $50 does not work for partners like Harry and David, etc.

Audrey

Do you earn portal rewards when buying gift cards/passport? If so, wouldn’t that be the best way to leverage the Amex offer, or am I (probably) missing something?

Audrey

Thanks. Read through varying reports re using gift cards – are you still doing/recommending it?

Mike S

Where does it say you can’t combine this offer with shoprunner?

Dee

Southwest is offering 1750 per order too – code RR92. Excellent way to top off account for companion pass.

Discover Rewards has $30 1800Flowers.com GCs for $20 in rewards.

Three orders of $29.99 fruit to the food bank + 1 order of Harry & David pears to my son and his GF (she LOVES them) and they should have their companion pass.

Note: I used my son’s RR # when from my 1800Flowers acct a couple of weeks ago. The miles posted to my SW acct. We are trying again. If the points post to my acct again, he will need to set up his own 1800Flowers acct.

Andrew

Take note that the 1,750 SW promo may not count toward CP, the 1,000 bonus RR22 does
