This morning, we posted about new Amex Offers for an extra Membership Rewards point at a number of merchants (See: New extra Membership Rewards points offers) as well as a great new targeted offer for Hyatt Regency (See: $60 back on $200 at Hyatt Regency). If you’re looking for new furniture or luggage/handbags, or you’re a Starbucks regular, there are a few great new shopping offers out today as well.
Furnitureland South: Spend $1,000+, get 20,000 Membership Rewards points / $200 back (see your offer)
Expires: 7/31/18
Quick Thoughts: I found both versions of this offer on different cards. If you’ve got the Membership Rewards offer, that’s a fantastic return if Furnitureland South carries the things you need at the price you want. I’ve never been to the physical location, but it looks huge. One of these days, I’ll stop on the way through North Carolina and check out the clearance section :-).
eBags.com: Spend $75+, get 1,500 Membership Rewards points / $15 back (see your offer)
Expires: 6/15/18
Quick Thoughts: These eBags offers come around often. Unfortunately, at some point last year, eBags stopped allowing gift cards purchased with Amex Offers to be combined. That limits you to using a maximum of two offers on an order (you could buy one eGift card to use an offer and then use that eGift card and a second Amex loaded with the offer to get a total of 3K / $30 back on $150. While not quite as exciting as past opportunities to stack more offers into a single gift card, that’s still not bad.
Starbucks: Save 15% every time (up to $5)
Expires: 5/16/18
Quick Thoughts: If you’re a Starbucks regular, it’s great to be able to save a few bucks. I wonder whether this would stack with the current Apple Pay offer if you used Apple pay at Starbucks. I don’t have both offers on a single card, but if you do it might make for a great little stack on your morning coffee. Note that the terms state this will work for app reloads, but also keep in mind that it excludes Starbucks locations in malls, departure stores, supermarkets, hotels, etc — it’s just for standalone Starbucks locations according to the terms.
As always, this offer has been added to our Current Amex Offers database, where you can always see the latest offers we’ve found on our cards. See our Complete Guide to Amex Offers for more on syncing offers.

Wow, this is really awesome. Better than any Couponcode or Promocodeclub Rewards.
Thank you again for the “heads up.”
I actually looked at the Furnitureland offer when it was available a couple of months ago.
Furnitureland has quite a number of non-flattering reviews, and I ended up passing, even though I thought I could have easily justified the purchase
We got a gorgeous conch from the Furnitureland South Outlet online. Very, very nice furniture.
I tried to use the FLS offer last quarter. FLS is indeed huge. It is also very popular with a lot of folks. But, my experience was that things seemed very overpriced, even considering the generous Amex promo offer. I bought elsewhere and have no regrets. It is a fun place to shop with acres of items to choose from. But, I will not be back.
