Check your email because eBay is sending out targeted promotions offering 4X or 5X eBay Bucks for purchases through 2/18/15 at 11:59PM PT. You must click the link in your email to activate the offer.
I personally received a 5X offer, while a number of people in this Slickdeals thread have reported receiving a 4X offer as well.
eBay normally pays back 2% of the purchase amount in the form of eBay Bucks. This means that a 4X offer amounts to an 8% rebate while a 5X offer equals a 10% rebate.

T&C states, used in retail stores. Any experience out there with online purchases? We don’t have Staples in my area.
Sorry, wrong wording “May be used only in Staples U.S. retail stores”
I’m thinking this wording is leftover from before when Staples didn’t accept their own gift cards online. I have used Staples gift cards online without issue. I can’t guarantee today’s will work, but I have already received mine and they appear to be normal with a card # and pin.

looks like ebates is no longer offering 5% for gift cards though. So not as good as 5% + 4x I was seeing last week.
