Get $60 back on $300 at Sonesta with Amex Offer (enrollment required)

There’s an Amex Offer out that’s good for $60 back when you spend $300 or more at select Sonesta properties in the US. While the validity dates suggest that this offer has been out for a while, we just saw it pop up on our cards this week. Note that this is only available at a select set of properties, but if you’ll be staying at one of them this could make for a nice savings.

Quick Thoughts

As per the terms, check this list to make sure your chosen property is participating in this promotion as the offer is limited to Sonesta properties in the US and on that list.

Assuming you have an upcoming stay at one of those properties or a need for a hotel in one of those areas, this could be a nice little $60 savings. I don’t know whether any Sonesta properties are listed on Fine Hotels & Resorts, but that could make for a nice stack if you’re paying at the hotel (a prepaid rate won’t trigger the offer, but paying at the property with a card that has the linked offer should work).

I only took a very brief glance at the list, but noticed that in the one city I checked, New Orleans, there were Sonesta ES Suites properties listed, but not the Royal Sonesta New Orleans, so you’ll definitely want to keep an eye on the list to make sure your chosen property is included.
