Update 6/29/23: The ability to get the Lyft credits is now unlocked and is live in the app.
Bilt Rewards has announced its Rent Day promos for July 1, 2023. The headliner of the monthly promotion is that non-cardholding Bilt Rewards Members will be get a $10 Lyft credit by activating the promo in their account on July 1. Folks who have the Bilt Mastercard will get a $20 Lyft credit for doing the same. Both cardholders and non-cardholders who book and take a Lyft ride on 7/1 will get an additional $5 credit.
In addition, Bilt cardholders will once again have the opportunity to earn 2x points on purchases on Rent Day (up to 10,000 bonus points), will be able to bring a friend to a SoulCycle class for ree on the 1st of the month and can enter the Rent Day Challenge for a chance to get their rent paid. Points Quest Trivia will also be back again.

- Lyft Credit offer
- Bilt Rewards Members will be get a $10 Lyft credit by activating the Rent Day promo in their account on July 1. Holders of the the Bilt Mastercard will get a $20 Lyft credit by activating the promo:
- Make sure your Lyft and Bilt accounts are linked (in the Bilt app).
- Once linked, select “Activate Credits” in the Lyft tile in the Rent Day tab by July 1st. The ability to activate the offer will launch June 28th in the Bilt app on the Rent Day tab.
- You’ll see your Lyft ride credit ($10 for Bilt Members, $20 for Bilt Mastercard cardholders) under “Lyft Pass” in the Payment section of the Lyft app.
- Both cardholders and non-cardholders who book and take a Lyft ride on 7/1 will get an additional $5 credit (for a total credit of $15 for regular members and $25 for cardholders).
- Lyft credit received as part of this promo is valid for 90 days after receipt.

- You can earn extra Bilt Points by answering trivia on “Point Quest” in the Bilt app on July 1st. Answer 5 questions, and you win up to 150 Bilt Points. Answer all 5 questions correctly and you’ll get access to a bonus question for another 100 Bilt Points to win a total of 250 Bilt Points.
- Monthly Rent Giveaway
- Enter for a chance to have next month’s rent paid for. For your chance to win, submit your answer to the Rent Day Challenge phrase in the Bilt App on by July 1st. Follow @BiltRewards on Instagram for extra clues.
- SoulCycle
- Bilt members can book a class at SoulCycle locations nationwide on July 1st and receive a complimentary bike for a friend. Members can reserve the special-themed class via Soul-Cycle.com, SoulCycle app or directly through the Bilt Rewards app.

Quick Thoughts
Bilt has recently had a series of terrific Rent Day promos including a 100% transfer bonus to Hawaiian Airlines, a 100% transfer bonus to Flying Blue and a Hyatt Globalist fast track. This one isn’t quite as exciting, but regardless of whether you plan on taking a Lyft on July 1, it’s an easy win for doing nothing more than going into the app and activating the promo. It’s worth noting that the issued credit is only valid for 90 days, but I imagine that many folks won’t have a problem using it before then.
The rest of the promotions are the standard Rent Day fare. For cardholders, the 2x Rent Day spending offer makes the 1st of the month the ideal time to hit your 5 transaction minimum in order to earn points on rent and/or all of your card purchases, so don’t forget to bust it out on Saturday if you’re a cardholder.

Data point for CitiBike users: it looks like the Lyft credit can be used toward CitiBike rides. My eBike fee today was automatically paid with the credit.

Boy, they’ve really weakened these the last couple of months. The games last month were underwhelming (especially in the execution) and now this. Maybe they’ve got something queued up that’ll be awesome…but yeesh.
