Quick Thoughts
If you have Caesars Rewards Diamond status, this Amex Offer will stretch even further seeing as you don’t have to pay resort fees when you have that status level.
This Amex Offer can also stack indirectly with a reservation made via Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) or The Hotel Collection (THC) and paid for using the personal Amex Platinum’s $200 FHR/THC credit if you can find eligible Caesars properties. The $200 FHR/THC credit itself won’t stack because you have to prepay for your stay and the payment won’t be processed by a Caesars property. However, if you stay by November 15 and charge meals and other expenses to your room, you could pay with a card that has this Caesars Amex Offer loaded on it to save $40. If the bill comes to $400+ and your partner has the offer on one of their Amex cards too, you could ask the property to split the payment so that you can save a total of $80.

If you’re booking travel beyond the offer expiration, Caesars allows advance payment (rather than the usual deposit). I haven’t tried this myself, so I don’t know how pre-paying affects your cancellation policy. More details here:

I have never seen a Caesars property on Amex FHR. MGM usually has the Aria, Bellagio, NoMad, and the soon to be MGM Cosmopolitan.
Any chance I could make a dummy folio at the hotel to pay for a dinner or two if I am not staying at a Caesars property?
