Earlier this month, Chase added new Instacart benefits to a number of credit cards. While the credits are just $10 or $20 per month depending on which card you have, they can be used even when you’re using an Instacart balance to pay (so long as the backup card is a qualifying card).

The following credit cards now offer complimentary Instacart+ for 3 months (must activate by 12/31/27) and a $10 monthly Instacart credit:
- Chase Aer Lingus Visa Signature
- Chase British Airways Visa Signature
- Chase Iberia Plus Visa Signature
- Chase Aeroplan Card
- Chase IHG Traveler Card
- Chase IHG Premier Card
- Chase IHG Premier Business Card
- Chase Marriott Bonvoy Bold Card
- Chase Marriott Bonvoy Boundless Card
- Chase Marriott Bonvoy Bountiful Card
- Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards Plus Card
- Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards Premier Card
- Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards Priority Card
- Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards Premier Business Card

- World of Hyatt Business Credit Card
I believe that you need to set the qualifying card as the payment method or backup payment method in order to use the benefit. According to Doctor of Credit, the monthly credit does work in conjunction with using an existing Instacart balance, but I don’t think there is any way to combine credits from multiple of the above cards.
Complimentary Instacart+ and $20 monthly Instacart credit

The following credit cards now offer complimentary Instacart+ for 3 months (must enroll by 12/31/27) and a $20 monthly Instacart credit:
Getting a $20 monthly credit on a couple of credit cards with no annual fee certainly seems like a great deal for anyone who can make use of the benefit.
Bottom line
The usefulness of these credits obviously depends on whether you use Instacart. If you are able to buy from some stores without a markup or use discounts to effectively reduce the markup (or you just like the convenience of delivery), getting this new benefit on a bunch of cards that you might have in your wallet is surely a nice enhancement. Keep in mind that the complimentary Instacart+ membership is only good for 3 months, after which you’ll be charged.

For what it’s worth, I added Marriott and IHG cards which gave a total of 6 months of Instacart+, but only one $10 credit.
On a separate business account, I added an Ink Cash and Ink Unlimited which gave 6 months total Instacart+ and two separate $20 credits.
I just registered my Chase Marriott card. Ordered some groceries via Instacart and received a three month extension to my annual membership plus an automatic $10 discount by paying with that card. Fine print says $10 statement credit through December 2027 when using that card to pay. Sweet deal! Thanks for the info, Nick!
Can I get 3 months of Instacard Plus for each card or just 3 months total?
Looks like each. I got six months from signing up with a Marriott card and an IHG card.
So i already got the instacart+ with United i guess and now i have it closed. I need to explore if we can double dip these.
How do we use these credits ? pay and get a cash back?
The fact that this is no longer available with the CSR really makes me think they have given up on that card.
Rumors are there’s gonna be a big refresh soon
