Every few months Choice Privileges runs an award sale at a couple of dozen or so properties. This feature is called Sweet Spot Rewards and the latest set of participating properties have been revealed and are bookable for stays through June 30, 2023.

Tips & Ideas
This latest set of Sweet Spot Rewards isn’t as inspiring as some past lists, but there are still some decent-looking properties bookable through the end of June.
The Quality Inn & Suites Capitola By The Sea, CA isn’t actually by the sea, but it does have both family suites and one bedroom suites bookable for only 25,000 points per night (reduced from 30,000).
The Casa Via Mar Inn in Port Hueneme, CA has an even larger discount, dropping from 30,000 points per night to 20,000 points per night. That could be a great opportunity if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Channel Islands National Park.
If you’re into quilting, the Comfort Suites Paducah, KY is down to just 12,000 points per night thanks to this sale and is only 10 minutes from the National Quilt Museum. I didn’t go to that museum when we were in Paducah, but my wife did despite not being into quilting either. She ended up really enjoying it and some of the quilts seemed like legit pieces of art.
There are a few non-US properties too, with two in Canada, one in France and one in Portugal. The Quality Hotel Pau Centre Bosquet in France is reduced to 10,000 points per night, with a junior suite bookable at that price point along with several other room types.
Other properties on the list include a casino in Indiana, a Cambria in downtown Minneapolis, several properties near universities and more.
Remember that Citi ThankYou points transfer to Choice on a 1:2 basis if you have a Citi Premier or Prestige card. That means that a property costing 20,000 points per night would only cost 10,000 ThankYou points per night when transferred.
