Paypal Digital Gifts via eBay is selling 2 $50 eBay e-gift cards for $95. There is a limit of four gift cards ($200 total) per user.
You may also be able to receive up to 1.5% back through a portal. eBay gift cards are excluded in the terms on many portals, however some people have claimed to have success with Ebates which pays 1%.
In the past purchasing eBay gift cards from this seller has earned 5X points with a Chase Ink card. This has worked for me as recently as two weeks ago and there is no indication that it has changed.
These gift cards are popular since they can be used to purchase other gift cards or merchandise on eBay at a discount. For that reason deals like this tend to sell out fairly quickly.

So what gc are people buying? The Amazon gc are sell for way over face value, same for grocery store gc… Don’t quite get it…
Limited me to buying two but I have purchased them every time they are available.
You can apparently do at least a partial payment with an ebay e-gift card to pay for this, and they usually fulfill within an hour, in my experience. So, if you don’t spend much on e-bay and are willing to forgo (I guess) some of the portal and credit card rebates, you could buy $100 of these cards for $95, and then use the first batch of e-gift cards to pay for some (all?) of the second $100-for$95 batch.
Thanks for the heads up! Even if I don’t get a portal bonus, this is still a good way to use eBay Bucks — mine were expiring tomorrow 🙂
Limit is actually 4 per person.
Thank. It was two. They must have changed it. I have updated the post!
