There are a number of new Amex Offers out today for various Hilton brands. Keep an eye out for the chance to sync any of these to an Amex Hilton Aspire card as they should stack with the annual $250 resort credit on that card if you use one of these at a participating resort (found at this link – remember to check to make sure your hotel is on the list). I was able to stack one such offer last year, so I can confirm that works – though I only found some offers on the Aspire card this time around and others on other cards.
Here are the offers to look for:
Waldorf-Astoria & Conrrad: Spend $500+, get $100 [Expires 6/30/19]
Homewood Suites & Home2 Suites: Spend $250+, get $50 [Expires 5/31/19]
Hilton Garden Inn: Spend $175+, get $30 back [Expires 6/30/19]
Hilton Hotels & Resorts: Spend $250+, get $50 back [Expires 5/30/19]
Doubletree: Spend $225+, get $45 back
Bottom line
It’s always a good idea to sync offers like these even if you’re not positive you’ll use them just in case they should become useful. If you have plans to stay at any of these brands, scoring some easy savings is always nice.

Quick question re stacking with the $250 resort credit on Hilton Aspire card: will a charge of $500 trigger both the $100 and the $250, or so I need to charge $750?
A $500 charge will trigger both. I did that last year (Amex offer was $70 back on $350, so a $350 charge triggered both the $250 credit and the $70 credit) and I reported on it here:

Does anyone know if buying Hilton gift cards at a Hilton gift shop will trigger the Amex offer credit? None of the front desks here in Hawaii sell any gift cards.
I’m guessing not, but wanted to confirm whether a charge from Hilton grand vacations for stays at one of the Hilton properties listed above would trigger the Amex credit and if I would get points for it?
These are all showing up on my AMEX Plat, but none are showing on my Aspire. Anyway to force that to change?
No. Unfortunately, there’s no rhyme or reason as to how these are targeted. there was one offer in the past for Marriott where you could sync through a dedicated page on the Amex site, but that’s the only time I’ve ever heard of being able to do that. That said, Harper’s do you slow roll now and then. You might want to give it a couple of days before syncing to see if it just naturally pops up on the Aspire.
That stinks – some of the offers aren’t much better than my 16x points on the hilton card so if I can’t combine them they’re worth very little. Guess I’ll hold out for a bit and see what happens.
Does the $40/day breakfast credit as a diamond go towards getting to the $500? or just the $250 Aspire credit?
Any breakfast credit coming from the hotel is not getting charged to your card, so it wouldn’t trigger any sort of credit on your card. It’s not like they charge your card for breakfast and then credit back to it. So if you’re looking at a property that gives a $40 per day breakfast credit, you would have to spend the $500 apart from that.
Not on Aspire card….

Waldorf Conrad offer USA properties only, as usual now. Boo.
Good point. Most hotel Amex Offers are US only these days.
