There’s a new Hotels.com BankAmeriDeal doing the rounds which gives 5% off on all “coupon-eligible” hotels. This one requires clicking through the offer link AND entering the promo code BOFA5 into hotels.com checkout screen.

Quick Thoughts

Hotels.com has alienated a ton of customers with the recent gutting of their rewards program. As a result, if not booking direct, I think that there’s more rewarding options out there. However, this is still one of the most popular online booking engines and 5% off is better than a kick in the pants (I guess).

This deal requires clicking through the link in the offer and then pasting the code into the “apply a coupon” box. I did a quick search through the page and rates seemed to be the same as on the regular Hotels.com site. Hotels.com gift cards can often be found for more than 5% off, so make sure that using the Amerideal makes sense for your booking.
