Amex is out with new, limited-time welcome offers that you allow you to earn between 65,000-100,000 SkyMiles after being approved for a new Delta SkyMiles credit card. These new offers are very good for those who are not chasing Delta status and are more interested in redeemable miles than MQMs.
The business card offers have an expiry date of 8/2/23, our assumption is that the consumer cards will have a similar shelf-life.

Quick Thoughts
Delta SkyMiles aren’t the most valuable rewards currency on the market, but they are typically worth at least 1c each toward Delta flights, which means that these offers are worth between $650-$1000+ in air travel on Delta. While any one of these offers probably won’t get you an international business class flight (unless you depart from outside the US and Canada), that’s no small potatoes for those who fly Delta often.
I’m sure that there are many people who don’t care about airline elite status and for that crowd these new offers look pretty good if you want a Delta card or SkyMiles. I don’t think that I’d rather take one of these over a big transferable currency offer (like 75K on one of the fee-free Ink cards, 100K + 10x dining on the Amex Platinum card or 150K on the Amex Business Platinum card), but these offers certainly aren’t bad compared to the required spend.
Friends don’t let friends accumulate Skypesos/Skyrupiah.
Tim, I think you previously mentioned that you sign up for a lot of Ink cards for the SUBs (I can not find that comment). How often is too often? I last signed up for an Ink BU in Dec and an Ink Cash in Mar. I just met the SUB on my most recent Amex Biz Plat and have to wait another month before I can sign up for another. Could I reasonably go for another Ink BU (it would be my 3rd), understanding I might need to shuffle credit line around?
If you sign up for the Delta Skybonus Business program and enter your sky bonus number into a dummy booking you should get the Delta business gold 70 K + $200 statement credit offer
that likely didn’t work for NLL offer, which is a 75K miles after $3k spend
