tcardrescue.com the 92% deal is for “Phillips 66/Conoco/76 Gas”, which sounds like it should work for these cards.

Question: The title says is valid at “76” gas stations as well.. Is it possible to re-sell it as a 76 gift card? 76 offers 92% return, Phillips 66 only 88%.. Still cost neutral for me at the lower end, but profitable if you can…
It may be possible. It really depends on how the card is branded. If it looks exactly like the picture then no. If for some reason it has the 76 branding on it then you probably could. I wouldn’t count on selling it for 92%.
