SVM Gift Cards via eBay is selling $100 Phillips 66 gift cards for $90 with a limit of 3 per user id.
While purchases from SVM Gift Cards do not earn 5X with Chase Ink, this purchase should earn 2% in eBay Bucks and you can save additional money by going through a shopping portal. (Additionally, some members have been targeted for up to 4X eBay Bucks and these gift cards should qualify.)
Currently both BeFrugal and Top Cashback have the highest portal payouts for eBay purchases at 1.1%. If you don’t already have a TopCashBack or BeFrugal account, you can find a sign up link for either service and many other cool things here.

[…] Another eBay Sale – $100 Phillips 66 Gift Card for $90 […]
For the Hyatt gift cards, if we use them to pay for our entire stay, would we still earn hyatt base points?
FYI, ontcardrescue.com the 92% deal is for “Phillips 66/Conoco/76 Gas”, which sounds like it should work for these cards.
Great find. Thanks for sharing!
Question: The title says is valid at “76” gas stations as well.. Is it possible to re-sell it as a 76 gift card? 76 offers 92% return, Phillips 66 only 88%.. Still cost neutral for me at the lower end, but profitable if you can…
It may be possible. It really depends on how the card is branded. If it looks exactly like the picture then no. If for some reason it has the 76 branding on it then you probably could. I wouldn’t count on selling it for 92%.
