(EXPIRED) Save 5%-10% at select IHG brands with targeted Chase Offers

If you have any stays at IHG brands planned in the coming weeks, keep an eye out on your Chase cards as there are some targeted Chase Offers floating around for various IHG brands.

Quick Thoughts

There are several different targeted offers. On one of my cards I had two separate Chase Offers for IHG brands – one for Kimpton and one for InterContinental. Both of those are giving 5% back on $100+ spend, but with different upper limits. The InterContinental offer has a limit of $31 back as a statement credit (i.e. $620 of spend), whereas the Kimpton offer is good for a statement credit of up to $51 (i.e. $1,020 of spend).

My wife on the other hand got an offer for 10% back at Holiday Inn properties which has a maximum statement credit of $57 (i.e. $570 of spend), so I wouldn’t be surprised if there are other iterations of these offers for other IHG brands such as Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, etc.

One of the nice things about these offers is that they showed up on our IHG Premier credit cards which means we’d also be able to earn 10x points when paying for stays at these participating brands.

Seeing as you only have to spend a minimum of $100 to trigger the statement credits for these offers, they could be useful for award stays too if you’ll be charging resort fees, meals, spa treatments, pet fees, etc. to your room.

Also be sure to register for the new IHG promotion which is valid for stays from October 12 to December 31, 2023.
