Simon Mall’s volume gift card site (see more: Simon Visa Gift Card online bulk ordering. Everything you need to know.) is offering promo codes for free ground shipping or 10% off purchase fees. Unfortunately, the codes can’t be combined.

• Simon Mall’s volume ordering site is offering the following discount codes for May 2020:
  • MAYGROUND – Free UPS Ground shipping on orders of 7 or more cards.  You can use the code on up to 10 orders.
  • MAY20VG10 – 10% off purchase fees on Visa Giftcards.

Quick Thoughts

While I’m personally a big fan of the convenience of personalized $1,000 Visa Gift Cards, it’s hard to get too excited about these small discounts right now in light of the multitude of new grocery store bonuses that came out today. If you have a grocery store that sells $500 Visa Gift Cards, the additional rewards you can earn on those for the next two months likely make that route more attractive for the time being. That said, maybe some will be able to put this to use also.

As we’ve said all along, we don’t recommend MSing if it means taking extra unnecessary trips out to liquidate given the current situation — I’ve not personally bought any new gift cards since March because I have plenty on hand at the moment and no plans to go on extra liquidation runs until the situation changes significantly and my local grocery store is not liquidation-friendly. If yours is MS-friendly and you’re shopping once a week anyway, I imagine you could easily liquidate some quantity on your normal shopping trip.
