Quick Thoughts
$125 back on a $250 Hotels.com booking is an excellent deal; now I just need to find some kind of use for it. I imagine that the $250 spend has to be before taxes and fees, so bear that in mind if you’re targeted for a similar offer.
The TaxAct offer came through a few days after I’d visited the TaxAct website. As a result, if you’re planning on making a purchase in a few days time from any site with an affiliate program, it could be worth visiting the site(s) sooner rather than later while having the Capital One Shopping browser extension installed; that way you’ll hopefully receive an email in the coming days with a generous rewards offer.

I must be out of favor because I’m getting none of these.
Has anyone else had horrible success with these targeted offers? Whenever I click on any of these offers through email, it doesn’t show in the capital one browser extension. I took a risk on a $600 WestJet flight through a targeted offer for 20% back and only $10 tracked and they won’t help me.
If you click through in the Chrome browser, click the jigsaw-looking piece in the toolbar (where it lists your browser extensions) and then click Capital One Shopping. That should display the earnings you can expect to earn in that session; it’s worth taking a screenshot of that and saving it just in case you encounter issues with incorrect tracking in the future.
It doesn’t work on Mozilla? I have extension installed on Mozilla. When I click through the targeted email link it doesn’t show that same offer in the extension.
